Jazz violinist Regina Carter is the real deal: classically trained, inspired by jazz, open to the world and the roots of rhythm she finds in African music. Carter combines dazzling technical proficiency with a fresh, unique approach—and she's been internationally acclaimed as one of the most transcendent voices of contemporary jazz violin.
